When an accident happens, our Fairway Autobody team is ready to get to work and ensure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly as possible. No matter the make and model of your vehicle, Fairway technicians have the up-to-date training and state-of-the-art equipment to perform autobody repairs, windshield replacements, wheel alignments, and paintless dent removals on all cars, trucks, and SUVs. Glass Deductibles
Any vehicle registered or renewed after April 1, 2026 with a deductible of $750.00 or lower qualifies for free stone chip repair. For all other vehicles, stone chip repairs are free with a $200 deductible. In fact, we can file your eGlass claim and fix the chip the same day. We replace windshields, side glass, sunroof glass, and back glass, and our experienced installers can do either onsite or mobile repairs on highway tractors and farm equipment.

We’ll identify visible damage and determine next steps.
A convenient time for vehicle drop-off will be scheduled.
We’ll complete a formal check-in process that confirms repair details.
You’ll sign the repair authorization forms.
You can remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
We go over timelines and expectations with you.

The Repair

Technicians carefully disassemble damaged areas of the vehicle.
Manufacturer repair procedures are researched and OEM plan created.
We coordinate with insurance provider to obtain approval.
Replacement parts are ordered and specialized services scheduled.
Parts are inspected to ensure they match your vehicle’s specifications.
Repair timeline is updated based on parts and progress.
Technicians perform mechanical and structural repairs.
Damaged body panels and components are repaired or replaced.
Your vehicle moves into the paint department for colour-matching and refinishing.
All repaired and replacement parts are reinstalled.
Your vehicle is cleaned inside and out.
We perform a final inspection and test drive to ensure your vehicle meets repair and safety standards.

Delivery

Your repair file is finalized and delivery appointment scheduled.
